Getting Started

Welcome to UW. Your sponsor/mentor/recruiter will help you get sign up your first 6 customers. It is up to you to be proactive, book appointments and ask for help.

1. Earn up to £2900 in your 1st 30 days

Sign up 6 customers and 1 team member (partner) in your first 30 days and earn an extra fast start bonus of £500. Earn up to £400 for each homeowner you sign up. Your sponsor will be on your first 6 appointments so you can learn what to do.

There is over £10,000 to be earned in your first 3 to 6 months by achieving Team Leader (TL).

2. Login to your partner portal

Login to your partner portal at https://login.uw.co.uk/ . Save this to your favourites. The partner portal contains all the training and information you need.

3. Complete online training within 24 hours

Complete “Getting Started” and “The Legal Bit”. You cannot sign up any customers until this is completed.

In the partner portal in the menus go to “Learning & Training > Your training modules” or https://uw.co.uk/partner/portal/training-centre/page/training-modules/your-training .

4. Your hosted websites

To access your personal websites to sign up customers and partners go to “Quicklinks” or https://uw.co.uk/partner/portal/v2/quicklinks .

You will need to agree to the terms and conditions to get access. Try each link to become familiar with them.

The Link you will use the most is https://uw.co.uk/quote where you can do face to face appointments or remote appointments. Always make sure you are logged in your name will show in the top right corner. Your first few appointments are to practise using this link with people you know.

5. Sign up as your own customer

Do a dummy run through the presentation and quote system with your mentor at https://uw.co.uk/quote . Our job is to show the presentation, do quotes and sign up customers and partners.

Your recruiter will sign you up as a customer via their link. You will need to be at least an energy customer to qualify for free energy. Being your own customers also counts for 1 of your 6 for QD* £500 bonus.

6. Complete the fast start plan

Your goal is to practise appointments with people you know, we call these people your warm market.

After this training you will

  • Know WHY you are doing UW so you can explain to people when they ask.
  • How you get PAID.
  • Have a LIST of people to show first, people you know, your warn market.
  • Know what to say to people to get APPOINTMENTS.
  • The importance of training and EVENTS.

7. Book and attend “Launch your business” zoom training

You can start signing up customers before attending this training. Book now, the trainings are normally every 2 weeks but dont let this stop you doing supported appointments with your mentor.

8. Review your list with your sponsor

You should now have a list of people to practice the presentation / quote with. Review this list with your sponsor and choose who the 1st 6 people you will do a supported training appointment with. A supported appointment is where your friend, you and your sponsor meet in either the real world or 3 way call so you can learn how to do an appointment.

9. Book you supported appointments

It is now time to book the appointments. Sign up 6 homeowners and 1 partner in your first month with your sponsors help and you will earn up to £2900.

What to say

This is critical. Get this right and UW is easy. PLEASE FOLLOW THE SCRIPTS!

Explain to people WHY you are doing this. Most people have the same problems especially with the cost of living crisis, everyone need more money.

Some examples of what to say

  1. Explain you have started a new business. Ask for a favour to practice a presentation.
  2. Say you have started something new and would like to get their opinion.
  3. Say you are looking for referrals and would like to be recommended to their friends but only if they like what they see.

10. Doing the supporting appointment

Show people UW face to face or online with your supporting mentor. These supported appointments you will get to learn what to say and how to deal with objections. You will do between 6+ appointments with your mentor. Your goal is to sign up 6 customers and 1 partner in your first 30 days to achieve the £500 QD Star fast start bonus. You will also be paid up to £400 for each customer helping you earn a total of up to £2900.

Setting up the appointment:

Face to face appointments login at uw.co.uk/quote , choose Face-to-Face and select you have a supporting partner. If your supporting partner is remote give them the appointment code.

Remote appointments where you, your prospect and your supporting partner are in different locations do the following.

  1. YOU login at uw.co.uk/quote select fully remote. Give the appointment code to the prospect and your supporting partner
  2. PROSPECT goes to uw.link/meet . They enter the appointment code and press accept request. You can see their screen.
  3. THE SUPPORTING PARTNER logins in at uw.co.uk/quote and enters the appointment code.
  4. Everyone can see the same screen. You or your supporting partner talks them through the presentation.

11. Achieve QD (Qualified Distributer)

Congratulations on achieving QD by signing up 3 customers (1 can be yourself). You can now earn residual income.

12. Achieve QD Star

Congratulations on achieving QD Star by signing up 6 customers (1 can be yourself) and a partner (with 1 customer). You can now help your new team and earn supporting bonuses. Help your new team members become QD Star in 30 days and you can earn up to £1100.

13. Book and attend “Getting to FTL” zoom training

14. Using social media

Do not just post your sign up link. Tell stories and ask for help. You goal is to get 121 appointments to explain UW. When you achieve a promotion or your first signup post how much you have saved someone or how much you are earned.

15. Door knocking / Neighbour letters

16. Join UW Facebook support group

17. Attend Sunday night zoom 8:30pm

18. Attend Thursday 8:30pm cross team zoom training

19. Attend your local UW Buzz meeting

20. Book ticket to next major event

Book tickets and put dates in your diary. Each year there are 2 major events attended by 1000s of partners. People who attend earn the most. Meet the top earners, company directors and hear the latest announcements.

  1. Amplify – Saturday 12th September 2026 – NEC Birmingham
  2. Kick Offs – Held first 2 weekends in January in various locations.
  3. PowerUp 2027 – Normally Telford April TBC
